Planet Labs wins NASA task order for Tanager hyperspectral data

Planet Labs won an evaluation task order under NASA's Commercial Satellite Data Acquisition Program. NASA will buy Tanager hyperspectral imagery covering more than 250,000 square kilometers, including Level 1C and Level 2A products from Tanager's imaging spectrometer, which measures radiance across more than 400 spectral channels at 30-meter resolution. Terms were not disclosed.
