Polkadot warns Fearless Wallet browser extension compromised, leaking private keys since February 2025

Polkadot warns that the third-party Fearless Wallet browser extension has been compromised and leaking users' private keys to an attacker since February 19, 2025, via code added in versions 3.0.1 to 3.0.5 as part of a TON ecosystem update. The Polkadot Community Foundation says four browser-extension versions leaked private keys, and users are urged to create new keys in a different wallet and move their funds.
