QatarEnergy CEO rules out Hormuz-bypass pipelines, says no project cancellations

QatarEnergy's CEO said he has ruled out pipelines bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, saying any infrastructure in the region can be targeted. He said no announced project is cancelled, with North Field East, South and West proceeding and the 142 MTPA LNG expansion unchanged, and that Qatar can restart full LNG production within a week of a peace deal if ships are available.
