QatarEnergy signs 20-year LNG deal for up to 3 MTPA from Woodside's Louisiana project

QatarEnergy has signed a 20-year deal to buy up to 3 million tonnes per year of LNG from Woodside Energy's Louisiana project in the US. Qatar's energy minister says the new volumes make QatarEnergy the largest buyer. The deal comes as war damage and a Strait of Hormuz blockade disrupt Qatar's gas output.
