Rainbow Rare Earths signs heads of terms for Tanzanian graphite acquisition

Rainbow Rare Earths has signed heads of terms to acquire a 100% interest in Tanzanian graphite reprocessing company TZC, which operates a 12,000 tonnes per annum plant with another 12,000tpa under construction, for an initial consideration of £1.88 million, expanding its portfolio as a global graphite provider.
