Roivant says brepocitinib met primary, all key secondary endpoints in two Phase 3 non-infectious uveitis trials

Roivant and Priovant announced positive results in the CLARITY-1 and CLARITY-2 Phase 3 trials of brepocitinib in non-infectious uveitis. Brepocitinib met the primary and all key secondary endpoints in both trials, and Roivant plans to submit an sNDA in H1 2027.
