Russia says ready to resume trilateral Ukraine peace talks in mid-November after Witkoff meets Putin

Russia says it is ready to resume trilateral peace talks with the US and Ukraine in mid-November on postwar security guarantees, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov says, after US envoy Steve Witkoff met President Putin in St. Petersburg. Ushakov says the new round may take place in Abu Dhabi and that the Ukrainian conflict is nearing an end. The Kremlin said Witkoff stated Trump would be very satisfied with the decision.
