Russian diesel shipments bound for US, due to arrive November 7, Reuters reports

First shipments of Russian diesel are bound for the United States and expected to arrive on November 7, according to Reuters, as Russian diesel exports to the US resume under the Moscow-Washington deal. The EU-flagged vessel Agioi Fanendes is reportedly carrying Russian diesel to the US despite over 20 rounds of sanctions, raising questions about G7 price-cap compliance. Tanker Trackers had earlier flagged three tankers en route.
