SanDisk says Meta joining consortium to develop open standard for High Bandwidth Flash

A SanDisk executive said Meta is joining a consortium to develop an open standard for High Bandwidth Flash (HBF). SanDisk also revealed HBF can match HBM bandwidth while delivering more than 20x the memory capacity per GPU.
