SCYNEXIS says Phase 1 trial of intravenous SCY-247 achieved target exposures in invasive candidiasis models

SCYNEXIS announced that its Phase 1 trial of the intravenous formulation of SCY-247 to treat invasive fungal infections showed intravenous doses of 50 mg or higher achieved exposures at or above the target identified in murine models of invasive candidiasis.
