SEALSQ signs binding letter of intent to acquire satellite capacity of 12 WISeSat.Space satellites for QSOC

SEALSQ Corp has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire satellite capacity and operational services associated with 12 WISeSat.Space satellites for approximately $15 million, to support its Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud (QSOC) platform. The deal is part of a roadmap to deploy up to 100 satellites by 2033, contingent on financing, regulatory approvals and technical validation.
