Silver Elephant Mining wins ruling reversing Pulacayo-Paca contract cancellation

Bolivia's Supreme Tribunal of Justice ruled in favor of Silver Elephant Mining's subsidiary Apogee Minerals Bolivia, annulling a December 16, 2024 COMIBOL resolution that had cancelled the Pulacayo-Paca Mining Production Contract. The 2019 contract grants exclusive rights to develop and mine the Pulacayo-Paca silver project for up to 30 years.
