Soluna Holdings announced a definitive agreement to form a joint venture with Applied Digital to develop a 50 MW AI/HPC data center at its Dorothy 3 location in Texas. Applied Digital will hold 51% and Soluna 49%, with Applied Digital expected to provide development capital, subject to conditions including tax exemption approvals. ChronoScale signed a non-binding lease LOI.
