Spain to release oil into market until Dec. 15, ministry says

Spain's energy ministry said the release of oil into the market will take place until Dec. 15. The obligation will apply exclusively to stocks held by private owners and does not affect strategic stocks held by the Strategic Petroleum Reserves Corp., nor does it entail a reduction in those reserves.
