Tango Therapeutics reports 82% objective response rate for vopimetostat-daraxonrasib combo in Phase 1/2 study

Tango Therapeutics announced results from its ongoing Phase 1/2 study of vopimetostat in combination with daraxonrasib in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. The study demonstrated an 82% objective response rate, with median PFS not yet reached and a 9-month PFS rate of 88% in 22 patients.
