Tata Motors completes initial settlement of Iveco tender offer, holds 89.42%

Tata Motors and Iveco Group announced completion of the initial settlement of the voluntary tender offer for all Iveco common shares. TML CV Holdings B.V. now holds approximately 89.42% of Iveco's common share capital net of treasury shares, and Iveco has officially become part of Tata Motors.
