Tech Mahindra to raise Pininfarina stake to 92.59% via tender offer

Tech Mahindra announced a voluntary tender offer to acquire up to 13.7 million ordinary shares of Pininfarina S.p.A., about 17.42% of the company, raising its stake to 92.59%. Its subsidiary PF Holdings B.V. committed to buying 7.89 million shares (10.02%) at €1.20 per share, up to €9.46 million, as Pininfarina pursues a delisting from Borsa Italiana.
