Tens of thousands have fled fighting between forces of Ethiopia's Oromia and Somali Region authorities into Kenya, with aid agencies warning of growing shortages of food, water and shelter. The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights warns of mounting pressure on food, water, shelter, sanitation and healthcare, and the Kenya Red Cross says displaced families are spread across camps and host communities.
