TeraWulf signs Google-backed credit support for Kentucky data campus, taps Fluor to build

TeraWulf signed credit support agreements with Google backing the debt financing for its Justified Data Campus in Kentucky, where it holds about $19B in contracted lease commitments with Anthropic. It also signed Fluor to build three data center buildings at the site. Anthropic's rent begins as each data hall is delivered, with phased ready-for-service completions expected from late 2027 through Q2 2028.
