Tesla and Nvidia reportedly to invest 3.7 trillion won in Samsung Electro-Mechanics for AI chip substrates

Tesla and Nvidia are reportedly planning to invest a combined 3.7 trillion won into Samsung Electro-Mechanics to expand FC-BGA substrate production at its Sejong site, with Tesla contributing 1.1 trillion won and Nvidia 2.6 trillion won under supply contracts spanning 2029 to 2033.
