TotalEnergies completes $800M sale of 10% Renaissance JV interest to Vaaris

TotalEnergies SE, via subsidiary TotalEnergies EP Nigeria, completed the divestment of its 10% non-operated interest in the Renaissance JV licenses to Vaaris for US$800 million. It retains full economic interest in three gas licenses within the JV that supply 50% of Nigeria LNG's gas, aligning with its Nigerian assets strategy.
