Tritax Big Box REIT formally abandons Warehouse REIT acquisition pursuit

Tritax Big Box REIT has formally confirmed it will not pursue an alternative acquisition offer for Warehouse REIT, and is restricted from making further approaches for 12 months without regulatory consent. The withdrawal follows a rival offer from Blackstone, which Warehouse REIT had recommended to shareholders.
