Truelink Capital to acquire Johnson Controls' global intrusion products business

Truelink Capital, a private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Johnson Controls' global intrusion products business, which includes brands DSC, Qolsys, PowerG, Visonic, Bentel and Sur-Gard. The business will operate as an independent standalone company after the deal's expected close in the first half of 2027. Terms were not disclosed.
