I'm just saying I thought passage was up to the full total and complete authority of the IRGC? NO ships would sail through as they had complete and utter control. But ships just go right through a waterway they somehow are in full mega charge of? So is it CLOSED to ALL vessels, under STRICT management of the Iranian authority? Are only routes determined by the Islamic Republic of Iran authorized? Does Iranian order prevail in the strait? Is it subject to Iran's "specific mechanisms and conditions"?
