UKMTO says unknown projectile struck tanker off Limah, Oman; vessel continued voyage, crew safe

UKMTO received a time-late report that a tanker was hit by an unknown projectile 7NM northeast of Limah, Oman, while transiting outbound in the Strait of Hormuz on 22 October. The tanker was able to continue its voyage to the next port of call; all crew were reported safe with no environmental impact.
