UN reports July was deadliest month for Ukrainian civilians since 2022

The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission reported that civilian casualties in Ukraine surged by nearly a third in July, reaching the highest level since May 2022, with 16,874 verified civilian deaths since February 2022.
