Vučić concedes election defeat to student-led movement in Serbia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has conceded defeat in the country's snap parliamentary election to the student-backed Students' List, saying from his party's election headquarters that a stratified sample of votes showed his coalition had lost. The movement is projected to win 135-140 of 250 parliamentary seats after taking over 2 million votes in record-high turnout.
