Xencor presented updated Phase 1 results for XmAb819, an ENPP3 x CD3 T-cell engaging bispecific antibody, at the 2026 ESMO Congress, supporting 400 mcg/kg as the proposed recommended Phase 3 dose for advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The company plans a global randomized trial comparing XmAb819 with tivozanib in patients previously treated with a PD-(L)1 inhibitor and a VEGFR TKI.
