President Zelenskyy, speaking to the Hudson Institute, said peace is what Ukraine wants most and outlined the three most important security guarantees Ukraine needs after a ceasefire: funding to maintain a strong Ukrainian army for 10 years, access to military technologies such as air defenses, and coalition and allied solidarity. He also stressed the need for full Starlink access and missile interceptors ahead of trilateral meetings.
