Zymeworks presents Phase 1 data for ADC ZW191 at ESMO 2026, 64.5% cORR in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer

Zymeworks presented dose-optimization results from its Phase 1 study of ZW191, a folate receptor alpha-targeting antibody-drug conjugate, at ESMO Congress 2026. The data showed a confirmed objective response rate of 64.5% at the 6.4 mg/kg dose in patients with high-grade serous platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, with a six-month progression-free survival rate of 61%.
