Altunç Kumova, head of Turkish investment bank Destek Yatırım Bankası, has been arrested in a fund investigation; in his testimony to prosecutors he called a 1.3 trillion lira valuation an "abnormal" figure. Detention orders have been issued for two more executives, and assets have been frozen under new rulings in the probe.
