ALX Oncology Holdings announced the publication of clinical data from its ASPEN-06 randomized Phase 2 trial in Nature Medicine, showing durable clinical benefit with evorpacept in HER2-positive gastric cancer. Adding evorpacept to a trastuzumab-based regimen produced a 40.3% response rate versus 26.6% without it.
