Bittensor releases Null Consensus, expanding subnet capacity to 2,500

The Bittensor ($TAO) network has released Null Consensus, expanding subnet participant capacity from 256 to 2,500. The upgrade also introduces an alternative to Yuma Consensus for determining miner rewards, giving subnet owners another way to set how miners earn.
