BofA says MOVE index jump signals high risk-off shock risk

Bank of America says risk of a big risk-off event is always high when volatility of the financial system's collateral -- the MOVE index -- jumps 35% in two days, according to a BofA note cited by MarketWatch. The bank had not previously specified the gauges.
