Bolivia's Senate approved the $1.9 billion credit agreement with the International Monetary Fund and sent it to the executive branch for promulgation, after the Chamber of Deputies gave it half-approval. Opposition figure Lara denounced procedural errors in the lower house and said he will file a constitutional amparo action.
