Capital Maritime Finance has received approval for a €250 million IPO and listing on the Euronext Athens exchange, with a maximum offer price of €7.84 and secured revenues of $3.9 billion. Greek tycoons Mytilineos, Kokkalis, Vardinogiannis and Peristeris are anchoring the offering with €70 million.
