Clearpool community approves CPOOL-to-CLEAR migration to XRP Ledger with 97.16% support

Clearpool's community approved with 97.16% support migrating CPOOL to CLEAR at a 1:1 ratio as it prepares to launch on the XRP Ledger. The plan includes institutional loans in RLUSD and using 50% of fees for buybacks and burns. The XRPL market is not yet operational.
