The Compound Foundation denied accusations by community member ugurmersin that it misused 8.42 million DAI of DAO-delegated reserves, which on-chain records show was moved to exchanges, swapped for about 344,780 COMP, returned to a related Safe and delegated to a Foundation address in Proposals 580 and 582. Company records indicate the COMP tokens increased the Foundation's voting power ahead of the V4 budget vote.
