CXMT DRAM capacity seen jumping 31% in 2027, nearly doubling by 2028, research firms say

Market research firms Counterpoint Research and TrendForce said on Oct. 18 that CXMT's monthly DRAM wafer production capacity is expected to expand from roughly 320,000 units currently, jumping 31% in 2027 and nearly doubling by 2028.
