Cysic crypto bridge halted after unauthorized mint of 10M CYS on BNB Smart Chain

Cysic's crypto bridge was halted after an attacker exploited a processing flaw to mint 10 million CYS tokens on BNB Smart Chain. Cysic's preliminary investigation found the attacker gained unauthorized access to the database supporting the bridge. The receiving address was blacklisted 76 minutes later, with about 2.8M CYS still in it, restricted. Dollar losses are under $2.8M.
