Ellison to install Paramount film chiefs over Warner Studios; Warner Bros. film chief to leave after $81bn merger closes
Warner Bros.' film chief will leave after the merger with Paramount closes, as Paramount CEO David Ellison installs his own executives to run the combined studio's film business following the $81 billion acquisition of Warner Bros., Bloomberg reports. Ellison said he would rename the combined company Skydance, which will carry nearly $80 billion in debt.
