Fannie Mae sharply raises 2027 mortgage rate forecast to 7.5%

Fannie Mae sharply raised its 2027 mortgage rate forecast, now seeing the 30-year fixed at 7.4% in Q4 and 7.5% for all of 2027, up from 6.8% and 6.7%.
