FBI Director Kash Patel said the bureau foiled a potential ISIS-inspired terror attack and arrested a 21-year-old Pennsylvania man in Butler accused of plotting a violent attack on behalf of the Islamic State. It is the second arrest of an American citizen for an alleged ISIS-inspired plot in the past month.
