FDA expands Anktiva + BCG approval to high-grade papillary-only disease in BCG-unresponsive NMIBC

The FDA has expanded approval of ImmunityBio's Anktiva plus BCG to cover high-grade papillary-only disease in BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, making it the first approved therapy for both papillary and CIS forms. Papillary tumors make up about 85% of NMIBC cases.
