First Russian diesel cargo bound for US left St. Petersburg on Sept 22, before Trump deal announcement

The Greek-flagged tanker MINERVA ZEN sailed from St. Petersburg on September 22 carrying roughly 275,000 barrels of Russian diesel/gasoil, the first US-bound Russian diesel cargo, two weeks before Trump announced the deal. It is due to reach the US East Coast around October 11-12. An account disputes the cargo, saying it carries UAN fertilizer, not diesel.
