First Solar files TOPCon patent lawsuit

First Solar has filed a lawsuit over a TOPCon patent, according to a report carried alongside Invesco Solar ETF coverage. The filing targets TOPCon solar cell technology, a rival cell architecture to First Solar's cadmium-telluride products.
