UKMTO has issued an advisory after a fourth tanker was struck by an unknown projectile in the Strait of Hormuz within 24 hours, sparking an engine-room fire. The vessel's master reported the strike; no casualties or environmental impact were reported. Earlier incidents on Oct 3-5 included an LPG tanker and a crude oil tanker hit above the waterline.
