A suspected sabotage attack blew up a gas pipeline in the Damascus suburbs, Syria's second suspected sabotage this week, cutting gas supplies to the Tishreen Thermal Power Plant near al-Otaiba. The electricity company said the Deir Ali, Nasiriyah and Tishreen plants went out of service.
