Global bond sell-off deepens: US 10-year yield hits 5.34%, highest since 2002, as UK 30-year tops 6%

The 10-year Treasury yield rose to 5.34%, its highest since 2002, and the 30-year topped 5.68%, as a global bond sell-off deepened even after PCE inflation came in much weaker than expected. The UK 30-year gilt yield hit 6.00% for the first time since 1998 and France's borrowing rate reached its highest since 2002.
