HDFC Bank board shortlists two MD & CEO candidates, sends names to RBI

HDFC Bank's board has shortlisted two candidates for the MD & CEO position and submitted their names, in order of preference, to the Reserve Bank of India for approval. The bank has not disclosed the names, and the board also approved Jimmy Tata as executive director.
